Presenting Blake Harris and Christina Burke

We got some workout talk and some randomness, as well. Blake Harris is the owner of Music City Muscle Gym, the host of Music City Mindset, and the State chair for Strongman competitions in Tennessee. Christina Burke is a NPC bikini bodybuilder and dog mom. We are nowhere near in as good of shape as either of them. They discuss their history, what got them to this point, and some funny situations from their journey.
